THE UNIVERSITY OF LOUISIANA AT LAFAYETTE IS SOLICITING BIDDERS TO PROVIDE THE LISTED RENTAL ITEMS FOR EVENTS SCHEDULED FOR THE ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LOUISIANA AT LAFAYETTE, LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THESE BID SPECIFICATIONS. It is the intent of the Athletics Department to secure pricing for the rental of the items listed to be obtained on an AS NEEDED BASIS, from contract award through June 30, 2025. Award shall be based upon the lowest bid for either individual items, groups of items, or total, whichever is in the best interest of the University. Quantities are approximate and not guaranteed. The University reserves the right to increase, reduce, or completely eliminate any item(s) from proposal after award determination.
