Task 1: Create an inventory of the electricity usage in the regional local government sector and establish a baseline. Task 2: Identify energy efficiency, energy management, and on-site generation opportunities for local governments in the Atlanta region. Task 3: Evaluate the existence of and opportunities for offsets in Metro Atlanta and other ways to procure clean electricity. Task 4: Perform an economic analysis to determine the benefits and costs of the various approaches. Task 5: Prioritize projects where the benefits exceed the costs and identify funding opportunities for such projects. Task 6: Conduct up to four workshops with local governments Task 7: Develop a final Regional Clean Electricity Roadmap for Local Governments
