IDPH is seeking proposals for a comprehensive cloud-based performance management tracking system with vendors providing software and hosting services, including managing the software application and the underlying infrastructure, handling any maintenance such as software upgrades, and Security as a Service. Security as a Service includes but is not limited to authentication, anti-virus, anti-malware/spyware, intrusion detection, and security event management. This project aims to purchase a cloud-based performance management tracking system, either off-the-shelf or customized, that will allow the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) to collaborate with its grant program staff across the agency and external community partners to simplify data collection. The tracking system will also provide for reporting, measuring progress, and improving performance to operate more efficiently and effectively for grant management and compliance.
