After construction is complete, the home will be sold to an income-qualified homebuyer. 2.2. Specifications - 551 West Desoto Street DIVISION 1—GENERAL CONDITIONS GENERAL: Supply all building permits and fees as required. Supply all insurance as required. Temporary utilities and portable toilet as required. Lockbox with access code for key(s). Dumpsters, permit box, and trash removal as required. DEMOLITION/SITE PREPARATION: 1. All debris to be removed from site and disposed in accordance with local regulations. 2. Remove trees/vegetation (incld. stumps) as necessary to construct the new dwelling. Trim any trees over hanging roof to clear roof by approximately 10’ and remove all debris from site. If necessary, coordinate with a certified arborist to obtain approval to remove/trim protected trees. Permit is required from the City to trim Sand Live Oak at northwest corner of the property. 3. Remove existing concrete driveway TERMITE CONTROL: Supply termite statement for building permit. Engage a professional pest control operator and provide soil treatment for termite control with certification of treatment
