At a minimum, the Contractor will be expected to successfully perform the following construction services, including, but not limited to: Set up and take down traffic control devices in accordance with the City of Phoenix Traffic Barricade Manual. Excavate, prepare subgrade, set concrete forms to match existing grade and drainage elevations, pour and finish concrete valley gutters with and/or without aprons, curb and gutter, alley and driveway entrances and sidewalk to match existing elevations and drainage. Excavate, prepare subgrade, form to fit field conditions, pour and finish ADA compliant concrete sidewalk ramps, including the installation of detectable warning. Replace asphalt concrete pavement to match existing asphalt pavement and new concrete. Adjust utility junction boxes, manhole and hand hole covers. Other services as may be required, incidental to this JOC.
