B. Scope of Work The proposer must be qualified and prepared to provide services to SAIF in the following areas: • Assigned account manager to work with Corporate Space Planner and/or Facilities Manager for scheduling of services and invoicing. • Small scale move requests for moving furniture between or within SAIF facilities. This may be one or more movers and may include use of a moving truck or box van. • Occasional large scale move projects to relocate SAIF offices to a new location. This may include the need for multiple movers and drivers and moving trucks. • Occasional small projects that may include furniture reconfigurations that would require installers to disassemble and reassemble furniture. Preference is that installers have experience with Herman Miller and Steelcase furniture systems. • Moving truck or box van and mover/driver with a capacity to transport furniture (e.g., file cabinets, panels, chairs, bookshelves, etc.) to and from SAIF’s local warehouse, 1351 Tandem Ave. NE, Salem, Oregon. • Occasional moving truck or box van and mover/driver for dump and recycle trips as requested. • Respond with movers and truck within three hours of notification of request from SAIF- 24-7 in case of emergency (flooding, spills, etc.). • Provide appropriate moving equipment for projects as requested by SAIF (e.g., four-wheel dollies, machine carts, panel carts, etc.). • Provide all services throughout the state as needed
