The work for which bids are asked generally includes: • New Construction of an approximate 500-ft long, 3-span, pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge • Bridge rehabilitation of an approximate 534-ft long railroad bridge to accommodate multimodal use • Approximately 500 L.F. of connecting multi use trail – concrete • Pile-supported, poured-in-place, concrete retaining walls. The combined project includes two (2) unique, adjacent projects. These projects will be bid/awarded as a single combined project and awarded to a single contractor. Due to WisDOT TAP funding and sponsor administrative requirements, separate construction contracts (Contract 1 & Contract 2) will be issued via each Project Sponsor to the successful bidder as listed below.
