F. The Contractor(s) will provide the following specific services: 1. Metallic Water Main Large Diameter Inspection Services 2. Large diameter services shall include the inspection of metallic pipelines 30" in diameter or greater. 3. The Contractor shall perform water main inspections using invasive and non-invasive technologies. 4. The Contractor's Project Manager shall be responsible for providing all project management services during the different phases of inspection projects until their formal closing, and keep effective coordination with the Commission, sub-contractors, and all other stakeholders. The Contractor's Project Manager shall be responsible for project updates, project reports, ensuring qualified personnel, providing specific materials and equipment. 5. The Contractor's Project Manager shall develop and execute the daily schedules, maintain crews, provide supervision, and provide the adequate crews to perform the work required for this contract. Additionally, the contractor shall also be able to accommodate requests from the Commission's Project Manager within a specified and agreed upon timeframe along with any immediate emergency requests. 6. The Contractor shall manage all watermain inspection information in a Commission approved project database, quality assurance/quality control of all inspection data, and deliver the data on agreed upon schedules. The database/software data shall be in a format that can be easily transferred and compatible with the Commission's requirements. 7.
