TASK 1 The Contractor’s work shall include, but not limited to provide and install a water well system; septic facilities including onsite septic tank and fields; lighting; parking lot to include ADA spaces and the installation of a bathhouse to be furnished by the County. There will be concrete sidewalk, traffic-related concrete, asphalt pavement for the entry driveway, gravel for the parking lot and a mulch path. The Contractor will be responsible to meet the bath house transporters and ensure is unloaded onto the pad created by the Contractor. Details of this work and other site work in relation to these items; are shown within the attached drawings. TASK 2 The Contractor’s work shall include the installation of a 4.5mile passive biking and walking trails. These trails will be are to conform to a non-competitive, beginner’s style. The Contractor’s work shall include the creation of a .5 mile ADA walking trail, to be at least six feet in width, topped with asphalt pavement and connected to the parking lot area.
