I. Project Scope The scope of services will be finalized after a Respondent is selected; but services will generally include: Engineering Design: Topographic Survey Rights-of-Way and Property Records Research Subsurface Investigation, if necessary Utility Locates and Relocation, if necessary Environmental Assessment (“NEPA”) and Documentation Roadway and ADA Accessible Trail and Sidewalk Design Construction Independent Cost Estimate Prepare Construction Documents (plan set, specifications, bid documents, etc.) Federal, State, and Local Permitting Construction Management: Bidding Assistance (addendum preparation, bid evaluation, award recommendation) Submittal Review RFI Response Change Order Review Material Testing Project Close Out As-Built Record Drawings Federal Grant Compliance: Develop Process and Procedures to Ensure Compliance with Funding Requirements Construction Compliance o DBE Verification o Payroll Verification o Inspection and Testing, if necessary Financial and Progress Reporting, if necessary
