The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required for the maintenance and repair of the access road at Elmer’s Island Wildlife Refuge for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF). -The Contractor shall prepare Elmer’s Island Access Road for regrading, and regrade the road using 610 limestone (approximately 300 tons). The access road is approximately 1.5 miles long and 20 ft. wide. -The Contractor shall install limestone to repair the trail on the eastern side of the road, where a canal has created a cut (map included). Repairs shall provide walking access on the trail. The trail is approximately 50 ft. by 20 ft. -The Contractor shall install two 8 ft. pilings on the trail to prevent driving.
