The successful firm will be responsible for: Acting as a strategic business partner with Utah Transit Authority, looking for ways to keep our Professional appearance and operator comfort at a great cost. Supply approved products with UTA Logo embroidered and UTA patches in desired locations. Provide on-time delivery with consistent quality, design and color of pre-approved stocked uniforms. Delivery time for in-stock items should not exceed 10 days, and special orders or out-of-stock items should not exceed 90 days, with a 60-day status update for special orders or out-of-stock items. Maintaining adequate stock of all necessary uniforms and sizes. Supply receipts to UTA designated personnel in timely manner. Provide UTA a monthly statement/report. Attend scheduled Uniform committee meeting, bringing any new product alerts, cost saving ideas and issues. Accept UTA payment allowance, based off UTA Collective Bargaining Unit for each operator. Collaborate effectively with designated UTA Operator Uniform Administrator in a timely manner. Any exceptions to this scope of work will need to be clearly stated in the proposal.
