4.1 SCOPE OF WORK. 4.1.1 General. The College is seeking bids from resellers to procure hardware maintenance/support and software maintenance, support, licenses and subscriptions. The College reserves the right to request the Manufacturer/Publisher’s quote from the Reseller to ensure that the correct markup/markdown is applied. The quote may be requested because the College is not using MSRP pricing.
