This project will consist of but not limited to the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, and materials required to construct an aluminum ornamental fence on the seawall that measures approximately 530 feet in length. The fence will be 4’ in height and posts will be constructed every 6’ on center (o.c.). The posts shall be mounted to the concrete seawall using a 5” x 7” flange, as detailed in the Project Plans in Attachment 1. The flange may be welded directly to the post or to a post bracket. The flange will be anchored to the concrete using four (4) ½” diameter, 5-inch-long heavy-duty hex concrete anchor screws. If a post bracket is utilized, the post will be fastened to the bracket using two (2) ½” diameter, 3 ½” long stainless-steel hex bolts with a washer and nut.
