The Dept of Military Affairs requires a vendor to provide and install a fence to enclose the transient parking lot located at 1700 Army Rd, Marseilles IL 61341, to provide security for vehicles and equipment. Vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to erect approximately 1302 linear feet of fence with 2 gates meeting the minimum specifications below. All work to be completed between the hours of 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. No work will be completed on weekends, State, or Federal holidays. Fence height shall be 7 feet, slide gate width 24 feet, and pedestrian swing gate width 3 feet. shall be as indicated on drawings attached in BidBuy. Dimensions indicated for pipe, roll-formed, and H-sections are outside dimensions exclusive of coatings. Provide chain-link fences and gates as complete units, including necessary erection accessories, fittings, and fastenings from a single source or manufacturer. Bottom of fence or gate(s) to the top of finish elevation cannot exceed 2 inches. Vendor to clean work area daily prior to leaving facility. The State is not responsible for any tools or equipment left on the property.
