The work in this contract consists of removing and installing twenty-five (25) linear feet of damaged curb and gutter in the parking lot North of the Chapel located at the Cheltenham State Veterans Cemetery to restore proper drainage and structural integrity of the curb and gutter. The Contractor shall: • Remove the damaged concrete curb, gutter, and subgrade material as necessary to prepare the subgrade for the new curb and gutter. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris according to local regulations • Grade and compact the subgrade to ensure a stable foundation for the new curb and gutter and ensure the slope is correct for proper drainage into the stormwater system. • Set forms to match the existing curb and gutter dimensions and profile, including alignment, height, and slope for drainage using an approved concrete mix per local standards, minimum 3500 PSI, with proper admixtures for durability...
