7. SCOPE OF SERVICES CITY STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To ensure compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations due to Operator's occupancy and use of the Agreement Area within North SeaTac Park. 2. To provide access and parking for the public and maintenance vehicles and equipment at North SeaTac Park. 3. To maintain open communication with Operator concerning the mountain bike activities, mountain bike trail maintenance and matters related to Operator's use of the North SeaTac Park. 4. To inform Operator of other events or projects at North SeaTac Park that may impact the mountain bike activities. 5. To review and approve Operator's annual proposed schedule of events. 6. To review and approve all maintenance schedules proposed by Operator to ensure alignment with City's goals. 7. To review and approve codes, rules, marketing materials, and other communication documents issued by Operator to the public. 8. To host annual meetings with Operator to discuss the mountain bike activities, maintenance, community feedback, community outreach strategies/ targets and review proposed projects for alignment between Operator's mission/vision and City's goals. 9. To notify any other city departments of mountain bike activities that may require additional support, including parking enforcement or added security. 10. To provide periodic assessments of tree health and major maintenance or any other matters outside the scope of Operator's responsibilities under this Agreement. 11. To pick up and dispose of litter outside the Agreement Area. 12. To conduct quarterly assessments of the Mountain Bike Course to ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards. 13. Other responsibilities that may be set out elsewhere in this Agreement.
