The District seeks a snow removal contractor to ensure that the District’s facility is cleared of snow and ice in a timely manner, enabling employees’ safe access always. Contractor will begin plowing as soon as the snow reaches the depth of one (1) inch. In the event that there is a dispute between the District and Contractor as to the depth of the snow on the premises, weatherworks.com shall prevail. The upper and lower parking lots at 840 Sherman Avenue are to be cleared of snow and ice as described below: • Ingress/Egress • All parking lots where accessible • Overhead door areas, driveways and side walks • All rear doors and access to said doors • Dumpster and fueling pump areas • Ingress and Egress gates to ensure operation after inclement weather event The District has offices located at 1000 Sherman Avenue that will require clearing of snow and ice as described below: • Ingress/Egress (labeled A & B) • Doors, Access Areas, and Overhead Doors • All parking areas and Bus storage spaces where accessible (labeled C & D) • Cleaning of Electrical Charger Area (See attached Photos) o Clearing of Pathway to the Charger o Cleaning of the adjacent area including the awning
