Software Mobile App • The software app helps students find job and internship recommendations, apply for positions, schedule interviews, and manage event attendance. It includes alerts for deadlines and allows users to save favorite jobs. Event Management • Allow for creation and messaging of invoices based on event settings • Built in maps, locations, and addresses for events are provided Student and Employer Profiles • Employer profiles includes a Contact Notes section for easier tracking of communication with individual contacts. • Students can upload their resumes to auto-fill profile sections. • Students can easily access the employer directory, search by location, and view available jobs and upcoming events. Employers can enhance their profiles with YouTube videos and logos, making the student experience more engaging. • Managers can generate reports on student skills and profile data to identify skill gaps and improve career services, supporting better alignment with job market needs. • Profile views are tracked, showing unique views from employers and anonymous sources. • The Student Public Profile allows students to showcase their skills and experiences beyond traditional resumes, featuring sections like Personal Statement, Education, Experience, Skills, and Projects. Work Based Learning Module • Managers and faculty can review and approve applications via the Pending Applications tab or Experiential Learning Applications tab, respectively. Managers can also approve on behalf of faculty. • Create new workflows with customized approvers who are managers, instructors or employers. Choose from employer contacts, assigned faculty, or other designated users. Set the approval type for each. • Screening for Experiential Learning prevents students from applying for jobs unless they meet specified criteria (Major, Work Authorization, Graduation Date, etc.). Managers can restrict access manually, preventing restricted students from applying or accepting offers. • Customize approval processes per "Experiential Learning" (EL) type for flexibility and efficiency. • Employers, faculty, and students can view ongoing evaluations within their interfaces. Data collected will be available for reporting on feedback progression. Students can submit evaluations (self, program, semester) and managers can customize questions. Reminder emails can be set up for evaluations and approvals. • The Experiential Learning module should include an Ongoing Evaluation workflow, enabling regular feedback from employers during the Work Term to support student development. • Access dashboards or downloaded reporting for EL experiences • Optionally specify approval deadlines and custom messages for approvers. If enabled, approvers receive email alerts overnight for placements needing review. • Easily download and share Excel reports and PDFs of EL placements and evaluations. • The Experiential Learning module should display evaluations to students and allow for configuring frequency settings for each Work Term. Email templates will notify employers and faculty about ongoing evaluations, including a public URL for easy access. • Students can add and edit their experiences. When enabled, students can track their hours, and employers and managers can approve hours directly via their software account. • Experiential Learning Placements can be denoted and reported.
