The Town of Rocky Hill Planning and Zoning Commission is soliciting proposals from creative and qualified firms/consultants to assist with the Town’s 2025 Plan of Conservation and Development Update per CGS §8-23. Under the guidance of the Rocky Hill Planning Department and the Planning and Zoning Commission ( hereinafter known as the “Commission”), the following aris to be considered as part of the respondent’s proposal • Facilitate initial community “kick-off” meeting and final public hearing • Data collection • Work with Rocky Hill Planning Department and Rocky Hill Planning and Zoning Commission as needed • Document preparation in compliance with CT General Statute 8-23 and incorporating the Rocky Hill 2022-2027 Affordable Housing Plan, anticipation of a Complete Streets Plan, and inclusion of the Rocky Hill Community Resiliency Action Plan (workshop held August 28, 2024)
