Each Visit: 1. Empty all trash and recyclable containers and replace liners. 2. Vacuum all carpeted areas and mop all tiled surfaces. 3. Clean light switches, windows, doors, door handles and any other surface that are touched daily. 4. Dust, clean and sanitize with antibacterial solution all horizontal surfaces within reach without the use of a ladder. 5. Clean and sanitize all water fountains. Weekly: 1. Clean exterior of all trash and recyclable receptacles. 2. Dust desks, furniture, picture frames, and window ledges. Do not disturb paperwork, if present. 3. Spot clean walls, molding and kick plates up six feet high. 4. Wipe all upholstered surfaces including chairs and cubicle walls. 5.
