1. BASE SPECIFICATIONS Currently manufactured steel-wheeled landfill compactor with all-wheel drive. Minimum operating weight of 91,500-pounds, including accessories. No ballasting will be permitted.; Vehicle shall have a balanced front-to-rear weight ratio.; Machine height shall not exceed 17.5-feet including beacon or other lights.; Overall maximum width of machine shall not exceed 18-ft.; Machine shall include all government mandated safety equipment.; The compactor shall have all metal surfaces primed and painted with the manufacturer’s best product and standard color. 2. ENGINE; The engine is to be designed and built by a qualified Engine Manufacturer and be US Tier III (or current requirement) compliant.; Engine air cleaner shall be a dual element dry type with in-cab service indicator.; Fuel system shall be a 3 stage filtering system containing a water separator, primary filter, and secondary filter.
