The City is looking for software and consulting services that will: • Transform the way staff tracks assets, monitors activity, and delivers government services; • Fully utilize the City’s ESRI ArcGIS platform; • Increase accountability for service fulfillment; • Enhance transparency into City operations; • Allow user-friendly reporting with drill down capabilities; • Provide residents, employees, and management access to real-time data; • Foster collaboration between City departments and among residents; • Allow residents to participate in problem-solving and improved service delivery; • Facilitate data driven decision making both by the City and its communities; • Identify opportunities for improvement of City services
