The Leased Premises shall consist of the following: Bass River Golf Course "Club House Restaurant": Consists of facilities located within the Bass River Golf Course clubhouse at 62 Highbank Road, South Yarmouth. The Club House Restaurant consists of entire premises including but not limited to the dining room, kitchen, back deck, bar area, designated storeroom, and three entrances to the kitchen and storeroom area off the Club House Restaurant. Bayberry Hills Golf Course "Club House Grill": Consists of facilities located with the Bayberry Hills Golf Course at 635 West Yarmouth Rd., West Yarmouth. The Club House Grill facility consists of the entire premises, including but not limited to the dining area, kitchen, bar area, storeroom, and outside patio area. Restrooms: Restrooms are retained under the control of the town and must remain open and accessible during golf course hours of operation. Restroom facilities are available for use by patrons of the Contractor. After the pro shop is closed for the day, the restrooms at Bayberry Hills and Bass River must be locked. Parking: The Town retains possession and control of each facility's parking lots. Patrons of the Contractor shall use parking lots during agreed-upon hours of operation.
