Turn Times: • Personal Property Assessment Forms to mail January 2025 and March 2025 • Notification of Value Postcard and Letter Mailings to mail May-June 2025 • Data will be posted on or about 01/09/25, 03/06/25, and 05/22/25. • Turn Time seven (7) business days from receipt of data • Partial mail lots are acceptable, however should be completed by the 7th business day. • Vendor agrees that late deliveries will be subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per day. Data: • Vendor guarantees that data provided will not be sold or released to anyone other than the St. Charles County Assessor. • Vendor to provide FTP site, user ID and password for St. Charles County Assessor’s office to access. • Data will be provided in pipe delimited text files and transferred via FTP upload. • Process data through CASS for First Class Presort rates. Provide a pipe delimited file back to the Assessor’s Office with the original address and the changed address appended to that record.
