● Plan, facilitate, and document group reflective supervision sessions at least monthly through June 30, 2025. ● Sessions should last at least 60 minutes, but not more than 2 hours. ● Sessions can be held virtually or in person at the Cecil County Health Department. ● Use the group documentation form (Appendix B) to document all sessions and submit it to the contract monitor within 5 working days of the completed session. ● Consultant will meet at least quarterly with the contract monitor for the purpose of assessing progress and any issues that may arise, gain a better understanding of general staff needs and protective factors, and ensure that deliverables of the contract are on track to be met. ● Submit timesheet/invoices weekly to Contract Monitor.
