The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required to maintain, service and repair the defective boiler in the facility(s) in conjunction with the required repairs necessary to maintain the facilities as directed by the DFSS. The Division of Mechanical Services primary representative will be responsible for initiating the necessary repairs to be performed by the contractor. Equipment rental requires prior approval of the authorized DFSS/DMS agency representative.; Boiler maintenance and repair to include Steam boilers, high temperature/high pressure hot water boilers, hot water boiler, humidity boilers, heat exchangers, expansion tanks, storage tanks, domestic hot water heaters that meet the requirements to be classified as boilers and all boiler related pressure piping and pressure vessels.
