a. The contractor shall agree and understand that the state agency may add or delete buildings located in Richmond, Missouri area at any time during the term of the contract, thereby increasing/decreasing the cleanable square footage of the building(s). b. The contractor shall agree and understand that the state agency may add or delete areas of the building(s) at any time during the term of the contract, thereby increasing/decreasing the cleanable square footage of the building(s). c. Any added or deleted buildings or areas for which the contractor shall provide services shall be made by an amendment to the contract issued by the Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the contractor beginning/discontinuing janitorial services at the additional/deleted buildings or areas. 1) Immediately following receipt of the written notification of an additional building, the contractor shall notify the state agency if the contractor is not able to provide janitorial services for the identified building. d. The contractor shall begin/discontinue providing janitorial services on the date specified by the state agency. e. The contractor shall provide janitorial services for any additional buildings or areasin accordance with the same terms, conditions, and pricing stated herein.
