The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is seeking qualifications and proposals from licensed Louisiana residential real estate firms or licensed individuals to provide residential real estate services for the agency. The selected agency/licensed individual will serve as buyer’s agent and consultant in residential leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and pre-development analysis, and will represent HANO in sales of its residential transactions. Primary Tasks: Serve as HANO’s seller’s agent in listing, marketing, and selling HANO vacant or under-utilized residential property as needed. Serve as HANO’s buyer’s agent in acquiring suitable vacant or improved residential or multi-family residential properties of 4 units or less with or without rehabilitation to be added to HANO’s real estate portfolio
