• Remove current wall tile, sinks, and faucets. • Remove/reinstall current appliances (refrigerator and stove). • Remove/reinstall current soap dispenser and paper towel holder by the sink. • Provide all miscellaneous screws, shims, fasteners, adhesives, etc. to complete the scope of the project. • Provide and install new stainless steel 3-basin sink with faucet(s) and associated rough-in required to hook up the drain. • Provide and install new laminate cabinets. • Provide and install new solid surface countertops with new laminate cabinets at passthrough. The countertop by the sink should roll off into the sink. • Install new false front to cover plumbing under new commercial grade sink. • Install new tile backsplash on wall with the sink. • Patch in LVT and install cove base. • Paint all four walls in the kitchen. • Clean up and haul away of all old cabinets and materials.
