Rock Hill Schools request detailed proposals for the design and installation of a new greenhouse at our Applied Technology Center (ATC.) 1. Project Components a. Design, provide, equip, and install a new greenhouse per the specs provided below. b. Provide a warranty on all equipment, materials, design and workmanship from the date of final acceptance by Rock Hill Schools. A longer warranty is advantageous to the district on individual pieces of equipment and/or the overall project. c. Design a Project that will have one contract between the District and the selected Contractor. The District will not have separate contracts with a subcontractor as part of the overall performance contact scope of the Project. d. Proposals shall provide a written detailed breakdown showing separately the cost of the Base Proposal Scope.
