Provide and install vinyl siding and white aluminum coil stock on all doors, windows, soffit and fascia including front porch and rear deck ceilings. a) Located on “A-D” facades, b) Remove existing siding and aluminum trim; c) Replace rotten or degraded wood prior to installing new finishes (sheathing allowance $65.00 and sheet); d) Provide photos of sub framing before installing new sheathing, trim, jamb or sills and send to Housing Rehab specialist; e) Install vapor barrier on exterior walls per manufacturer; f) Install ½” rigid insulation over vapor barrier
