Lead Paint Testing: to determine the presence of lead-based paint and a determination of the nature, severity and location of lead-based paint hazards in a residential dwelling. Inspector will provide a written report explaining its findings in compliance with both federal and state lead paint laws and regulations. Risk Assessment: to determine the existence, nature, severity and location of lead-based paint hazards and a report explaining the results of the investigation and options for reducing leadbased paint hazards. Clearance Examination: post-construction determination that no lead hazards are present in the dwelling. Inspector will provide a copy of a Letter of Full Deleading Compliance or Certification to achieve clearance in accordance with federal and state lead paint laws and regulations.
