1 Unit must be New or unused 2024 or newer. 2 Dimensions 2A Unit shall be 24' x 10' 2B Drum shall be 288" x 60" 2C Tunnel height shall be 120" 2D Total width shall be 36' with a depth of 14' 2F Lowered height shall be 150" and raised height 162" 2G Specify turning radius. 3 Processing Capacity 3A Unit shall accommodate a 24' W X 10' H 3B Unit shall process a minimum of 10,000 cu. yds. per hr. 4 Engine 4A Engine shall be manufactured by CAT, John Deere, or Cummins with a minimum HP rating of 600 HP NO EXEPTIONS 4B Engine shall be equipped with full flow lube oil filter, dry air filter with indicator, fuel filter with water separator. 4C Engine shall be equipped with reversing fan. 4D Fan shall be time cycled and manual activated switch. 4E Engine must meet all Federal, State and Local emission standards for 2024 at the tailpipe. 5 Instrumentation 5A Shall include oil pressure, engine water temperature, engine hour meter, voltmeter, fuel, and engine tachometer gauges 5B Shall include hydraulic pressure and temperature gauges 5C Shall include drum speed gauge. 6 Electrical System 6A Unit shall be 12 volt system. 6B Shall have a minimum of two 12 V heavy duty maintenance free batteries 6C Shall include 90 amp minimum alternator 6D All electrical circuits must be labeled at both ends including fuses or breakers. 7 Frame 7A Frame shall be heavy built from a minimum of 3/8" steel members with continuous welding. 7B Frame and complete machine shall be epoxy primed and industrial grade enamel paint to protect from rust. 7C Frame shall have a minimum of 10-year warranty. 7D The unit shall be designed such that complete weight of the machine is distributed across all load bearing components.
