The contractor will provide all relevant audio, video, and automation hardware and software for this design. This project involves the removal of the existing system, including racked equipment and outdated components from the courtrooms. To ensure system and operational consistency, we seek a vendor capable of reproducing the fit and functionality of existing courtrooms. The design should not include proprietary components unless approved by the Court. The contractor will provide comprehensive documentation, including as-built drawings, reflecting all hardware, component placement, and wiring upon completion of the installation. An equipment list with specific items and quantities for each courtroom is attached and must be followed for the project.
