The Supervisor(s) of the Department of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) [Supervisor(s)s] or their designee(s) will supervise all vending operations that dispense snack food products to students and staff. Not all Properties will require Work, however all Properties will have the opportunity to participate. The successful Vendor/Contractor’s responsibilities shall furnish, install, maintain, repair, or replace vending machines and to maintain and stock snacks for each machine on a regular basis. Service calls must be performed within two (2) business days of notification by CCPS. Machines should be monitored as needed to maintain sufficient quantity and variety of products. The success Vendor/Contractor shall also have and maintain throughout the Contract’s terms, equipment/property insurance for all equipment and product liability insurance for all vended products. Upon expiration/termination/cancellation of the Contract, the Vendor/Contractor shall remove all equipment and any other Vendor/Contractor property within 30 days of notification at its own expense. If the equipment/property are not removed and CCPS must do so, CCPS will invoice the Vendor/Contractor for removal and disposal of the machines/ equipment.
