Awarded Bidder will provide right-of-way Large Machine Mowing/Maintenance for the District area that is approximately 250 acres and provide right-of-way Large Machine Mowing/Maintenance for County Owned area that is approximately 50 acres. Large Machine Mowing encompasses the routinely mowed areas of the public rights of way and median. This area is generally located from County Road 64 to W Tannen Rd, County Road 64 to W Woodall Rd, County Rd 64 to W Little Rd, S Nitschke Rd to Jurgenson Rd, Harrisburg Rd to Jurgenson Rd, S Reed Rd to S Warfield Rd, and S Cole Ave to W Scott Rd. The median on S Avon Estates Blvd should also be mowed. See Attachment A for the list of Roads. The intent of this specification is to obtain a bid for the right-of-way Large Machine Mowing/Maintenance and Median.
