The Finance and Administration Cabinet, Department for Facilities and Support Services (DFSS), Division of Building and Mechanical Services issues this solicitation to establish a Master Agreement for: Motor/Pump Repairs as necessary for operations. The Department for Facilities and Support Services (DFSS) maintains and operates approximately 6.5 million square feet of state owned buildings, primarily in the Frankfort, Kentucky location. Some of these state owned buildings are historical structures that need constant repair and maintenance work in order to keep the building up and running. In order to maintain the current existing structures in the Frankfort area and various other locations, the Commonwealth needs a qualified, licensed vendor to perform motor and pump repairs (labor and materials at the job site or vendor offsite location), on an as-needed-basis. Vendor shall have an established operational shop. Vendor shall be responsible for suppling the labor and the proper equipment to remove and install all pumps and motors. Vendor will be responsible for disconnecting and reconnection of all high voltage and low voltage control wiring. Vendor must make sure the equipment installed is running and performing in a way that meets the DFSS satisfactions.
