To provide consulting, surveying, design, engineering, and specifications for the construction of a new Athletic Field House that will be located on the main campus of Delaware State University. The Scope of Work includes working closely with University staff, developing a program and schematic design, construction schedule and budget, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. It is anticipated that the project design and construction services will range between $20M & $25M. This is an estimated range only, and the final value will be negotiated once the best consulting teams have been identified based on the evaluation sheet attached to this Request for Proposals (RFP). Please note that this project will be funded by State and University Funds.
