The City of Clermont Procurement Services Department is accepting bids to purchase twelve hundred (1,200) Mity Lite Encore banquet chairs or an approved alternate for the Arts and Recreation Department Main Stage Theater. These chairs will be used for indoor events and should provide comfort, durability, and aesthetic appeal. The chairs must be new and have a full manufacturer’s warranty on all components. Chairs must meet the following specifications: • Height (from top of chair to floor) o 33" to 35" • Width (of seat cushion): o 19" to 20" • Chair Back Style: o Square open, hourglass, or lattice frame • Seat Thickness: o 2.25" to 2.5" • Back Foam Thickness: o 0.7" to 1.0" • Seat and Back: o The seat and backrest must be padded with high-density foam to provide comfort. Upholstery material must be easy to clean and maintain, preferably made from a blend of polyester and vinyl.
