OUTDOOR at the Theatre in the Park Amphitheatre inside Shawnee Mission Park Equipment listed below is the current brand and type of equipment used at TIP. While other brands are acceptable, no equipment may fall below the listed equipment’s level of quality. Yamaha CL-5 digital mixing console with RIO units to allow for 72 inputs and 32 outputs. Bidder must have available backup consoles in inventory. (Side car may be required) Yamaha CL-5 console Yamaha 3224 RIO units (2) Snake system/Data Cable for 72 inputs and 32 outputs from bunker to sound tower and stage locations as needed (approx. 150 feet). All other cabling and accessories required for a functional complete system. (Side Car CL-1 may be required, with added 3224 RIO) Shure Axient Digital wireless microphone system. (Quantities specified below). Matching ADX1M beltpacks (Micro) with DPA and Sennheiser MKE2 headsets in flesh and black. Inventory should include enough wireless units to provide up to 40 units per show if needed. AXT600 spectrum manager with computer system for monitoring. Also, system will include powered remote antenna distribution system with directional antennas. System is required to display RF, AF and battery power on the units and computer monitor system. System is required to switch to adjacent frequencies and frequencies must be usable without interference at the Theatre in the Park location. All needed cabling and accessories to complete the system. All microphone elements shall be bench tested by manufacturer before each season. JCPRD will pay for any microphones that are broken or damaged during the season at actual cost including shipping. All Consumables should be part of this package, including, tape, condoms (transmitter sweat protection) Batteries, cotton balls and any other consumables needed for wireless or operation of systems. Additional Shure Axient wireless microphone (as needed) 4 handheld wireless microphones. (Commonly used for curtain speeches before each production.) Must be compatible with microphone system in item B above. Microphones shall match specifications included in Item B above. Microphone Package Option Requirements: (the number of microphones for each show will vary depending on cast size. Please provide prices for each of the options below. Each microphone package should be billed separately depending on show requirements.)
