Contractor shall: a. Perform work at five permit-specified urban monitoring stations in the City of Glendale. b. Mobilize quickly to capture stormwater samples during pre-identified wet weather events. c. Collect rainfall, runoff and stormwater quality data to characterize stormwater quality for qualifying storm events (0.2 inches or more and resulting in a discharge). Stormwater samples shall be collected from qualifying storm events and at least 72 hours after a previous qualifying storm event. d. Collect and analyze samples in accordance with EPA-approved methods twice annually for each of the sites. One sample shall be collected from each location during the winter months (November 1 - May 31) and one sample shall be collected from each location during the summer months (June 1 - October 31). e. Conduct all sampling over the first three hours of the discharge, or for the entire discharge period if the discharge lasts less than three hours. f. Be responsible for setting up the sample bottles at the station prior to a rain event.
