Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to perform inspection and testing services for the fire suppression system per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and fire sprinkler inspection, testing and maintenance at the Cottonwood Platform Scales in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. License Requirement: California State License Board license: C-16, Fire Protection Contractor, California State Fire Marshal Weekly Fire Pump Test Certificate, Section 905, Title 19, CCR and are employed by a Type L Licensed Company/Concern
