The Scope of Work for this project will include robust community engagement, conceptual design, construction document creation, and construction administration. The Scope of Work is split into three phases, enabling the City to procure a contract with a Consultant Team for Phase 1: Community Engagement and Concept Planning before beginning significant work on Phase 2 and 3: Design and Construction Administration. Phase 1 will determine an appropriate scope for design (to be completed in Phase 2) and construction. Once a consultant is selected, the Project Management Team will finalize a Scope of Work based on the Consultant’s proposed timeline for project completion. The Consultant shall enter into a written agreement with the City to provide the services required under the Scope of Work.
