Scope and services cover by this agreement include, but are not limited to: 1. Spraying for general pests to include, but not limited to roaches, ants, and spiders. 2. Inspection for signs of rodents or animal infestation. 3. Regularly scheduled pest control services, monthly applications: a. Sappington Park Center: i. Thomas Sappington Museum ii. Barn Restaurant iii. Library of Americana iv. Sappington Resident Manager House 4. Regularly scheduled pest control services, bi-monthly applications (January, March, May, July, September, November): a. Government Center b. Public Works Maintenance Facility c. Whitecliff Community Center d. Park Operations e. Whitecliff Aquatic Center 5. On-call pest control services, as needed.
