The City of Belle Meade, Tennessee solicits bids for lump sum contract for removing overgrowth and brush from an approximately 0.30 acre (estimated at 34’ by 400’) area of public right-of-way between Harding Pike and Hillwood Boulevard, as shown as “Area 1” on the Bid Exhibit. The contract additionally includes the following: 1. Provide personnel and all equipment necessary to remove all existing brush, vines, and trees smaller than 6” in diameter from a designated area of public right-ofway along Harding Pike, as shown as “Area 1” on the Bid Exhibit. 2. The area is generally believed to be approximately 400 feet in length along Harding Pike and 35’ depth, measured from the edge of pavement on Harding Pike to the edge of pavement on Hillwood Boulevard or the edge of the buffer area along Richland Creek. 3. The cleared and mulched area should be left in a condition that is free of debris that could be damaging to mowers and that is left in a condition and grading such that it can be reasonably maintained in the future through mowing.
