3.1. Contractor shall perform vehicle window tint installation service for DPS owned vehicles. Tint shall be carbon unless alternate is requested. 3.2. Contractor shall have the ability to provide after-market tinting services on vehicle/equipment. Vehicle models may include, but not limited to: Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Silverado, Ford Explorer, Ford Expedition, Ford F-Series Pickups, Dodge Durango, RAM Pickups, Toyota 4Runner, Toyota Tundra 3.3. All tinting shall have a lifetime warranty. 3.4. Tinting services provided shall comply with all Federal, State and local municipal laws, codes and statutes. 3.5. Tinting service may be requested for an entire vehicle or for individual windows. 3.6. Contractor shall adhere to all manufacturer and required procedures for installation, 3.7. DPS may require tinting that is darker than permitted by municipal codes or statute on certain vehicles. DPS will provide the contractor the appropriate documentation indicating the vehicle is exempt from these codes and statutes prior to these services being performed. 3.8. Some emergency lighting may need removal and re-installation to accommodate window tint. 3.9. Mobile services may be requested to maintain quality of work and maintain required warranty period when installed on a mobile basis. Tucson location: 6401 S. Tucson Blvd Tucson AZ, 85706 3.10. Contractor shall maintain acceptable quality and service levels, based on percentage of reworks, complaints, and appointment cancellations/no-shows.
