The Agency will assume responsibility for the following activities: The work may include, but is not limited to: • Research and evaluate Monona Terrace’s marketing efforts and target markets to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to support Monona Terrace’s mission and goals. • Concept and develop strategic and creative brand advertising for print and digital. Creative collateral may include print advertising, digital banners, broadcast and social media assets, and sales materials. • Work closely with Monona Terrace on media placement strategy. • Consult on digital marketing assets including Monona Terrace’s website and social media accounts. • Write, edit and reformat new and existing print and digital advertisements. • Consult on creative execution, positioning and corresponding message strategy. • Placement of annual 10 to 12 month print and digital media schedule. • Work with Monona Terrace staff and media vendors to troubleshoot any technical glitches with Monona Terrace advertising. • Maintain regular communication on all marketing activities. Attend occasional on-site meetings at agency expense throughout the duration of the agency relationship. • Collaborate with other agencies supporting Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center marketing efforts. Currently Monona Terrace contracts on SEO and digital/website needs.
