The Maryland Department of Health (MDH), Office of Oral Health (OOH) seeks the services of a contractor to use existing communication tools, materials, and media to implement a communication campaign that will promote the OOH, Pathways to Bright Futures (PBF) program. The contractor will also be expected to track and report results from this campaign. PBF is a dental education-to-career pipeline program that connects young people living in Dental Health Professional Shortage Areas (Dental HPSAs) with opportunities to learn about and pursue careers in the dental professions. The OOH is currently developing the communication materials and tools that will be used to implement this 14 – 16-week communication campaign that will take place during a contract period beginning December 1, 2024, and run until June 30, 2025.
