Daily Requirements • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners after regular working hours. • Sweep baseboards, corners, around and under desks and tables. • Spot clean floors composition floors in classrooms. • Dust mop composition floors to remove all surface dust & dirt. (Note all mopping will be done using chemically treated microfiber mops.) • Spot clean carpet. • Vacuum carpet. • Spot clean glass partitions and glass doors to hand height (70”). • Spot clean walls to hand height (70”). • Damp clean desks and tables. • Clean sinks and refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders. Weekly Requirements • Damp clean, sanitize interior and exterior of trash receptacles. • Clean partition glass. • Clean dry erase boards (if no writing is present) with Windex foam cleaner. • Damp clean white board trays. • Dust intake vents. • Damp mop composition floors. • High dust above hand height. • Wipe dirt, smudges, and fingerprints from doors, frames, light switches, kick plates, handles, and railings. Monthly Requirements • Spray buff floors. Annual Requirement (during approved schedule) • Strip and wax composition floors. • Shampoo all carpets.
